1.Lead sales team to achieve area sales and distribution target
2.Develop and execute business, channel and account development plan
3.Build the key distributors and accounts to be the long term business partner
4.Control sales expense and promotion budget
5.Build local sales support team, lead sales support team to achieve team goal, coach the underlines to enhance performance
The Successful Applicant
-solid Key Account management experience in FMCG industry
-cross function KA experience: LKA; NKA;
-7 years above heard quarter contract negotiation experience
-strong leadership and team building experience
-positive and self-motivated personality
