About Our Client
Our client is a NASDAQ listed medical device manufacturer.
1. To work with distribution partners to formulate and achieve aggressive quarterly and yearly sales goals.
2. To work with distribution partners to understand the needs of their respective markets, and to develop sales strategies and programs specifics to those needs.
3. To manage distribution partners by their sales results; and to find, train, and implement new distribution partners when warranted.
4. To ensure that distributor instrument inventory is placed in a timely way in accordance with sales goals, and to develop an understanding of and goals for the market based on instrument placements and rotor sales.
5. To train, manage, and travel with distributor sales reps to help them qualify, sell, and close leads.
6. To communicate the value of Abaxis' medical products in a clear and compelling way to(potential) distribution partners, end-users, and others.
The Successful Applicant
1. Highly motivated with entrepreneurial spirit
2. Willingness to travel 75% to 90% of the time
3. Capital equipment or medical sales experience. Experience in laboratory diagnostics - especially point - of -care a plus.
4. University of graduate degree or equivalent.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of Cantonese a plus.
