About Our Client
Stokke is a Norwegian company founded in 1932 and is today the designer, maker and worldwide distributor of premium children´s furniture and equipment within the highchair, stroller, baby carrier, home textiles and nursery market segments. Stokke provides distribution through selected retailers represented in over 50 countries and its Ecommerce operations in over 30 countries.
*Responsible for growing the ecommerce business within APAC region.
*Setting targets for traffic, sales and conversion rate for the local markets within the regional responsibility.
*Adapting global and local campaigns to local market conditions.
*Managing activation and merchandising of products on local versions of website.
*Creating and executing initiatives in collaboration with digital marketing, customer service, category, content marketing and IT.
*Managing local promotion and content initiatives in APAC region.
*Managing local conversion optimization initiatives through AB testing, dealing with localized UX issues, shipping and payment methods etc.
*Being main point of contact for customer service, logistics and payment methods on local customer service, delivery and payment issues.
*Doing daily analysis of sales and reporting on central KPI's such as revenues, conversion rate, average order value and retention on the local markets.
*Assuring quality of new content and functionality on regional websites in APAC.
*Manage all aspects of web analytics related to ecommerce in APAC and communicate relevant information to organization.
The Successful Applicant
*Prior experience managing ecommerce operations in an international consumer brand business.
*Min. 3 years of ecommerce and digital sales/marketing experience.
*Strong analytical skills and ability to draw on analysis and formulate solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
*Knowledge of evaluating marketing and commercial ROI, conversion funnel analysis and optimization. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
*Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
*Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
*Strategic overview and good business acumen.
*Must have the ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines.
*Ability to work with minimal guidance and demonstrate self-starter qualities.
*Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
*Experience with Demandware platform is preferred.
*Specialist knowledge of the eCommerce markets of China and Japan
*Strong knowledge regarding Tmall.
