About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Insurance multinational company.
*Defining the direction and objectives of the key projects, set the project strategy aligning with business strategy
*Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and maintain their expectations
*Managing the project teams to achieve objectives agreed with project committee
*Leading and developing teams effectively and providing service to customers at defined quality level
*Leverage and build up capability to fulfil the needs from customer and project.
*Managing staff's performance and capacity with HR and other support departments.
*Providing consultant and recommendations to the business executive manager in respect of technology solutions.
*Assist country and group customers in business case development, IT solution recommendation etc.
The Successful Applicant
*Min. 15 year IT related experience, in insurance industry is a plus;
*Min. 10 year experience in management role, with strong project management capability.
*Strong Relationship management, risk management, presentation, effective communication Skills.
*Fluent English communication, sound Mandarin is preferred
*Experience in new technology management (JAVA Development, SOA and ESB etc.)

Management Scale: Current team of about 40 members and expecting to increase to a team up to 80
