About Our Client
My client is the leading manufacturer of consumer environments for the retail & hospitality markets. It is an European Company and operations expanding globally into Asia and Europe.
They had their presence in China just 3 years ago with a very fast business growth moving forward.
--Maintain current customer relationship and Develop business plan for Shanghai division strategically
--Driving success of projects - receiving proper briefings, creating planning, organizing internal resources, checking quality of all deliverables, creating project cost estimates, controlling profitability of projects, ultimate responsibility for the client business within AD's remit.
--Supervision of Account Operations - overseeing team's scope of work and execution of all client deliverables, supervising the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of the projects, reviewing and monitoring activity and manpower utilization and ensuring high quality of the team's output.
--Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops staff; manages schedules and workflow.
--Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the business development team.
--Lead team to deliver store openings to exceed client expectations in customer service, quality and schedule
The Successful Applicant
--Rich Experience in Retail furniture/Store fixture industry
--10+ years of experience in Client Service, Project Management or Retail Development with proven record of managing and developing a number of client accounts simultaneously (experience with global markets a plus).
--Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin and English
--Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Always provide " luxury " service to customer.
--Proven leadership and business acumen skills. Self-motivated , ambitious candidate who has entrepreneurship,
--Well-developed negotiation, project management skills.
--Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
--Ability to work with all levels of management.
--Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
