About Our Client
Our client is a Chinese listed fashion group with international business. The group is engaged in operating international brands like Salvatore Ferragamo, Emporio Armani, Bally, Max Mara, Givenchy, Rimowa, and Tumi. It runs its luxury online retailer, acquired several international designer brand in Europe, etc. Recently the group has assigned an exclusive agreement with a well-known Italian high-end selfridge for the Asia market expansion. The first multi brands store will locates in Macau with an area of 3,000 square meters. Brands are including Valentino, Lanvin, Saint Laurent Paris, Kenzo, Sacai, Rick Owens, Undercover, Versace, Ports 1961, Golden Goose, 3.1 Philip Lim, Giuseppi Zanotti, Marcelo Burlon, Mark Cross, Nike Lab, Adidas Originals, Marshall, Nixon etc.
You will be fully in charge of store operation and new store set up. Responsibilities including but not only:
*Manage and achieve operating cost effectiveness targets in line with the profit and loss
*Implement and maintain effective administration and stock management systems
*Train staff to ensure that the store team are delivering an iconic personalized customer experience
*Show awareness of competitor activity and communicate this to the team in regular meetings
*Work closely with the Project Manager and the Buying team to provide effective feedback, ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time
Location: Guangzhou and Macau.

The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in managing a high-end fashion store
Experienced leader who is passionate and committed to building and developing their team
With Entrepreneurship and strong motivation to start from the scratch.
