About Our Client
Our client is a reputable Internet company. With rapid business expansion, they are now looking for a Head of HR to join their team. As a Head of HR, you will lead a team of over 20, responsible for overall HR issues for over 1000 employees.
To be a key contributor of the Leadership Team, giving support both business and functional challenge to drive the delivery of sustainable business results.
To contribute to the delivery of business strategy through the efficient and effective implementation of an HR plan with local insights and best practices
Be a role model for excellent relationships and facilitate productive relationships throughout the Leadership Team and broader business.
To develop and maintain a fit for purpose HR function and manage, motivate and develop the HR Team.
To drive organizational development aligned to overall business strategy through facilitation of transformational change.
The Successful Applicant
Over 10 years HR experience, with at least years of which will have been in a leading Internet Company; incorporating Organizational Development, Talent Management, transformational change and people related cost management
Detailed employment law knowledge
Experience of managing Employee Relations within an industrial environment
Commercially astute, preferably with knowledge of the Business to Business market
Proven track record of leading changes, coaching and developing Managers and direct reports
Experience with upgrading an young team in terms of mindset and skills, in a practical and comprehensive approach
