It was by chance and coincidence that I joined the recruitment industry. When I first graduated, I had never thought about joining this industry, but an unexpected internship at a company made me realize how this industry does very meaningful work that can help the success of others, which made me determined to stay in the industry.

Over the course of these many years, PageGroup has given me a lot of training. These training sessions include teaching us how to better communicate with our clients and candidates. More importantly, I was trained to improve my own management abilities, which helped me lead both small and big teams. Of course, at many times, the growth of an individual isn't enough, and what is more important is the growth of the team and the company. When all of these reach a high level of consistency, you will find that the individual, the team, and the company improve greatly throughout the entire process.

My personal growth, the development of the individual, the team, the company, and the benefits that we bring to the society, the influence on society; all these factors make me feel that I’m doing meaningful work. And doing a meaningful thing naturally gives me the enthusiasm to keep moving forward.

In fact, often times the work itself is not varied. What matters more is whom you are working with. At PageGroup, you can work with the most outstanding colleagues. They grow with you throughout the entire process. In return, it makes me feel very inspired. Of course, more importantly, there are two things with no shortcuts: The first is your career, in which you must invest time. The second is your interpersonal relationships, which also requires time.
