Our client is a successful European company that designs, develops, manufactures, and supplies stainless steel gas condensing heat exchangers. It offers isotherm units, burners, and duo hyper condenser for heating and sanitary applications.
- Be the technical interface between the customers / prospects and the R & D department
- Analyses and responds to the needs of the client in connection with the business developer.
- Participates in feasibility studies
- Participate in drafting specifications for new products in their range
- Follows and coordinates the projects internally with the interlocutors concerned
- Participates in design reviews of various products in development
- Informs our customers about the use of our products
- Collects all product information to identify areas for development and improvement
- Provides benchmark boilers integrating our product range and competing products
- Participates in fairs and organizational arrangements
- Alert and report to his manager as soon as necessary
- Is willing to develop skills and contributes to continuous improvement
- Works in a spirit of teamwork and mutual help, and respects the rules in force
- Possess good understanding of the product and technical know-how; deep knowledge around boiler is a must
- Years of technical sales experience within the relevant industry
- Mandarin speaker with good command of oral and written English, French speaker is highly preferred
- Bachelor degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering is preferred
- Most importantly a person who is independent, passionate and knows how to work in a western culture organization but meanwhile can manage local clients
