The Operations Manager will provide leadership to ensure excellent operations of the setting. Under the line management of the Bursar, the Operations Manager will ensure the smooth daily functioning of non-academic services within the setting. The Operations Manager ensure that facility, physical operations, supporting the Headmaster and Bursar in implementing overall strategy for WCCBS and work closely with other departments such as Finance, Admissions and Marketing from operational aspects as required. The professional image and conduct of this person is crucial in emulating the ethos of the setting. Reporting to the Bursar, the Operations Manager must operate in a timely, determined and effective manner at all times. Autonomous, dedicated, determined and professional behavior will be key features of the post-holder's practice and these will be consistently demonstrated at all times.
