PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsibility for sap MM at local site. Maintenance, release and controlling of Master Data, Reporting in regards to the data quality, Consultant from Master Data perspective, Implementation and controlling of governance structures, International key-user for MM

The general mission of the service manager is to lead the support service of the domain he/she is in charge of.
in accordance with the budget for her/his perimeter.
For the scope he/she is in charge of, his/her main roles are :
To monitor the quality of the service delivered
To insure the application business continuity
To follow up service metrics according to agreed service level agreement (SLA) in order to insure that it is respected
The operational activity is executed by various stakeholders (internal/external) in the respect of specific OLAs and contracts all along the support chain. The service manager will have to create the condition of success to insure the best service in an optimised way by :
Monitoring the overall quality of the service
Making suggestions to improve the quality and optimising the service and processes
Making suggestion to reduce costs when possible
He/she is accountable of the overall end-to-end performance & continuity of services starting from service desk (Level L1). He/she will have to insure a follow-up of the service until the closure of the ticket or request by establishing a strong collaboration with all ITS entities involved. His/her ability to establish a good partnership with all stakeholders is key in this role
