To design talent sourcing plan by division, utilizing all sourcing channels such as head-hunters, RPO agencies, associate referral program, etc., to ensure talent supply for each function;
Own recruitment budget and process, to improve recruitment effectiveness and cost efficiency, and to ensure compliance with company policies;
Coordinate and facilitate cross-segment talent development in China;
Building and managing the graduate pipeline, including campus recruitment, graduate development, program design/update/tracking of General Management Trainee, Functional Trainee Programs and internship program;
Successfully attract new candidates for all levels of our client handling and business services teams;
Work with the HR Team to co-ordinate recruitment activity for GC China.
