The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the management of the service center in terms of organization, EHS, quality control, production control, supply chain management.

- Overall Operations Responsibilities
1.Match the demand on the workforce from external and internal activities to its capacity in order to maximise the efficiency of the business. This is achieved through both medium to long-term planning and short-term tactical actions
2.Responsible for resolving resource conflicts and where this is not possible, escalating, along with corresponding recommendations, to the Leadership Team
3.Manage the pool of contract labour and maintain the 'Associate' community
4.Work with Functional Heads to maintain up to date competency management data on the workforce and to maintain/achieve required types and levels of competency to support the operation of the business
5.Maintain data in the tools used by the business for managing workforce capacity and demand, and report status and KPIs to the Divisional Leadership Team
6.Maintain the data in tools required to support the operations of the Division, in particular time recording. Analyse and report on operational KPIs such as utilisation, cost of sales, return on investment etc.
7.Consider, monitor and report on non-human resources required to operate the business, such as facilities and infrastructure
8.Act as Divisional point of contact for resourcing and operational matters, to colleagues both within the Division, and those across the rest of company
