Michael Page wins HRoot Award for Best Customer Satisfaction in Greater China 2016

Shanghai, 23 April 2016: Michael Page clinched the “Best Customer Satisfaction” title at the 11th annual awards ceremony of “HR Services Provider in Greater China 2015-2016”, organised by Human Capital Management magazine, a publication under HRoot, the largest human resource media company in China. This award recognises Michael Page’s position as a leading global recruitment consultancy in Greater China.

The awards ceremony, which acknowledges HR service organisations’ outstanding contributions, was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Pudong on 22 April 2016. Michael Page clinched the win with its teams’ professional and consultative approach — where quality, expertise and specialism are emphasised — to its clients and candidates. Last year, the Greater China teams placed an average of one candidate in every two hours, in both permanent and temporary specialised roles.

In addition, key initiatives such as industry reports, thought leadership seminars, collaborations with industry partners and client satisfaction surveys were also executed, tightening the relationship among clients, candidates and consultants.

Beyond direct interactions, Michael Page has also made several breakthroughs on the digital front. The company’s website has recently received a facelift to enhance web usability, with its user-centered design allowing for smarter job searches on the go. An advice section was also introduced, bringing together a library of online articles that provided candidates and clients quicker and easier access to helpful counsel.

Earlier, PageGroup was also awarded the Asia Recruitment Grand Winner 2016 for the second consecutive year. The group secured three other awards at the 2016 Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards held in Hong Kong —  a Gold title for the Best Career Website, and two Silver accolades for the Best Candidate Experience Award and Best Client Service Award.
