1. Information on how to enter and prize information form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Hong Kong and Greater China who are aged 18 years and over. Employees of Michael Page International and its agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
3. Entry is automatic and eligible entrants receive one entry for completing the online registration to www.michaelpage.com.cn/mypage. Only one registration may be submitted per entrant and must be submitted during the promotional period.
4. Promotion commences at 9.00am on 1/06/2008 and closes midnight (EST) on 31/12/2008. A prize draw will take place at Level 7, 1 Margaret Street, Sydney 2000 Australia on 5/1/2009 at 12.00pm (EST). The winner will be notified by telephone and email. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize will be as follows: The first valid entry drawn will win; Apple MacBook Air Laptop. This prize will be sent to the winner by registered mail and to the address supplied on this survey.
6. Only one prize will be awarded. Total prize value is up to RMB ¥22,000. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
7. The promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 6/1/2009 in order to distribute the prize if it has been returned to the promoter and remains unclaimed by the date.
8. The winner in any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and mail, and the prize will be sent to the winner by registered mail to the address supplied on this survey.
9. Unless entrants indicate to the contrary, by entering the promotion all entrants agree to have their registration details stored on a database, which may be used by the promoter for its own future promotional or professional purposes. Applications to inspect or update details held on the database should be addressed to the promoter.
