We employ a dedicated learning & development team to ensure that you receive training and mentorship throughout your career at Michael Page.
Our comprehensive learning and development program, which offers a mix of internal, external and structured on the job training, starts with our induction program. This course will provide you with all the knowledge required to operate as a successful consultant regardless of whether you have previous recruitment experience.
After Induction, you will receive ongoing training in areas such as interviewing techniques, negotiation skills and presentation skills. Training continues through to Director level.
